How Can It Be Free?

CaptionCall is part of a federal program for people with hearing loss. The federal government compensates CaptionCall for providing the captioning service, so no costs are passed on to the qualified user.

How Do I Get One?

To receive a free CaptionCall phone, contact our office and schedule your hearing evaluation. If you have a hearing loss and experience difficulty hearing on the phone, we will order you a free CaptionCall phone. You will pay nothing for the phone or service—ever!
